Müzikallerden İngiliz Kraliyet Onur Nişanı'na uzanan kariyer: Catherine Zeta-Jones

Küçük yaşlardan beri tiyatroya ilgi duyan Catherine Zeta-Jones gençlik yıllarında  Annie ve Bugsy Malone müzikallerinde rol aldı. Londra'da Arts Educational Schools'da eğitim gördü ve 42. Street müzikalinde başrol oynadı. Fransız-İtalyan filmi 1001 Nights (1990) ile televizyon kariyerine başlayan oyuncu. İngiliz TV dizisi The Darling Buds of May (1991–93) ile adından söz ettirdi. İngiliz filmlerinde kendisine sürekli aynı rolün verilmesinden sıkıldı ve Los Angeles'a taşındı. Hollywood kariyerine  The Mask of Zorro (1998) ve Entrapment (1999) ile başlayan Catherine Zeta-Jones; Akademi ödülü, BAFTA ve Tony Ödülü'nün yanı sıra İngiliz Kraliyet Onur Nişanı'na layık görüldü. Bugün 51. doğum gününü kutlayan yıldızın müzikallerden Hollywod yıldızlığına giden kariyerindeki filmleri derledik...
